Step 1: Screening & Activation (0 - 15 นาที)

ให้ Oxygen (Keep SpO2)
เปิดเส้นเลือด (IV Access)
Step 2: Investigation & Lab (15 - 30 นาที)
Hemoculture 2 sets
เจาะ Serum Lactate
Lab อื่นๆ & ใส่ Foley's cath
Step 3: Management & Treatment (ภายใน 60 นาที)
IV ATB แรก
Fluid 30mL/kg
Vasopressor (MAP<65)
Step 4: Monitoring & Re-evaluation (ทุก 1-2 ชั่วโมง)
Repeat Lactate (ถ้าแรกรับ ≥ 2)
ประเมิน Vitals / Response to fluid / Source of infection
